Sekhar Mondal is an experienced civil engineer and designer who has served the Department of Technical Education, Training and Skill Development, Govt. of West Bengal, since 1992. As a dedicated faculty member, he has played an influential role in mentoring future professionals. His hands-on approach and commitment to education have shaped a generation of skilled engineers, fostering growth and leadership within the industry.
AKASH MONDAL
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT & FOUNDER
Akash Mondal, an architect and urban planner, earned his B.Arch from NIT Patna (2019) and M.Plan from SPA Bhopal (2022). Having trained under mentors like Dulal Mukherjee and Anjan Mitra, he founded Akashdeep Design Studio in 2020. He is dedicated to using thoughtful architecture to enhance quality of life, foster social equity, and build vibrant communities.

Sayoni Mondal is a dynamic architect specializing in innovative, organic, and sustainable design. SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
Jhunu Mondal is an accomplished civil engineer specializing in infrastructure and sustainable construction since 1997. Renowned for her technical leadership, she emphasizes a collaborative approach with architects and stakeholders to ensure project success. Beyond her technical work, she is a dedicated mentor for young engineers and a passionate advocate for women in STEM and social initiatives aimed at female empowerment.
