This residential cum commercial building located at the junction of Joka Metro Station demanded a landmark look to showcase to the immense traffic passing by the area. With the owner wanting a classic look and feel to the building, we got the privilege of trying our hands on a design which takes us back in time and reminds us of the grand architecture of the bygone days.
The building embodies the elegance of the New Classical style of architecture, seamlessly blending contemporary functionality with the timeless grandeur of Neoclassical architecture. Its design respects the architectural traditions of the past, featuring refined columns, balanced proportions, and ornamental detailing that speak to the sophistication of a bygone era. With symmetrical facades, grand entrances, and classic decorative elements, the building exudes a sense of dignity and heritage, while modern materials and construction techniques ensure its durability and relevance. This harmonious integration of old and new celebrates the legacy of classical architecture, offering a stately presence in the modern urban landscape.
